OUR aim is to make your stay at RANI KUND relaxing and enjoyable, if you need any assistance or simply need to ask any question please do not hesitate to ask. Just knock on the next door and somebody will be there for you.

Please Read the following carefully. Your stay at Rani Kund B&B is your acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE. You can smoke outside.

1. All Booking must be confirmed with 25% deposit and the balance at the time of arrival.
2. Payments are made with Credit Card, Master card, cash, debit card or bank deposit...
3. Check in time is between 2pm-3pm unless prior arrangements are made with Management. Our check out time is by10am.
4. It is guest responsibility to Read all terms and Condition.
5. Please make SURE all the lights are turned off before going to bed or leaving the premise for outing etc.
6. NO Candles should be left unattended. Tea Candles are not allowed in the bedrooms, only to be used in the lounge room or for Aroma Burner.
7. We have provided incense sticks and Aroma burner in the lounge room (next to TV area in the lounge room). Please, do not leave them un- attended. However, there is no charge to use them.
8. Do not leave TV (only) ON, High Definition Box must be on when you watch TV otherwise TV may burn in half an hour. (Information obtained from manual).
9. DO NOT FIDDLE WITH WIRING connected to TV, HD box and DVD player. At your check in time we will show how it operates and at the time of your check out IF TV is not functioning normal. You have to fix the problem or a fee will be charged to your credit card. (We had to fix the problem few times when guests have been irresponsible and it has cost us unnecessary expense when out intention has been simply to make your stay comfortable and not to be careless and irresponsible when operating TV. Children should not to be encouraged to operate Plasma TV.
10. Any damage to TV or to any article while your stay at Rani Kund will be charged to your credit card automatically.
11. A couple is deemed as 2 guests using one bedroom. Management Reserves the right to charge an additional fee of $100 per night use of 2nd bedroom and $200 per night use of 3 rd bedroom $300 use of 4th bedroom without prior arrangement.
12. If any Key or belonging to Rani Kund is lost, Payment will be debited to credit card that was given initially secure the booking Or Payment need to be made by Cash at the time of departure.
13. It is your responsibility to notify any accidental breakage, malicious damage in the event that property belonging to Rani Kund is lost or taken during the course of stay. Management Reserves the right to charge the reasonable cost for repairs or replacement of that property to the guest. If after your departure any breakage or loss was found and you did not notify or resolve with the management, cost for repairs or replacement will be charged to credit card used initially for securing the booking. You may be notified on the phone if available.
14. No parties are to be held on the premise that does not mean guests cant’ have a good time.
15. In winter central heating will be on and we appreciate not to use Reverse Cycle Air Conditioners. Please be aware EVERY HOUSE HOLD IS RESPONSIBLE FOR GREEN HOUSE GASES /CLIMATE CHANGE AND EVERY BIT COUNTS AS WE ALL KNOW WHAT WE CAN DO!!!
16. When using spa outside, please wash your feet before you go in and do not forget to put the cover back, failing to do so may attract some fee.
17. No FOOD, Tissues or Beer bottles are allowed in the spa. It is your responsibility to keep the water in the spa clean or you will be charged for water and cleaning up the spa .Remember always clean your feet before going into the spa to use.
18. It is the responsibility of the parents/care givers to make sure children are supervised inside and outside of the premise especially when using swimming pool or spa. Children are not allowed to swim without parent/care giver supervision as deep end of the pool is deeper than normal swimming pools. Rani Kund won’t be taking any liability in case of an accident.
19. Mop and bucket is in laundry. If you cant’ find ask us.
20. Vacuum cleaner is in hall way cupboard.

******* IMPORTANT *******

It is the Policy at Rani Kund NO VISITORS is allowed at the premise without the notification to the Management and IF granted permission under some circumstances, visitors must be out by 8PM in winter and 9 pm in summer or Person responsible for the booking will be charged accordingly.

NOISE FACTOR:-

In the interest of our neighbors, Noise should be kept to minimal as the area is “Zoned Residential area” Especially after 10pm. Any defiance will result in vacating from the property and No refund will be available.

SWAPPING PEOPLE:-

At the time of arrival we may require Names of each and every person who is staying here and those are the ONLY guests who will be allowed to stay at the premise for the duration of your booking period. In some cases if few guests decided to leave for their personal reasons and other friends can’t be invited to take over the accommodation for that period.

If people are sneaked in the premise UNLAWFULLY and with DECEPTION. Management Reserves every right to check each and every room or any place on the premise at any time of the day or night.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking and full balance need to be paid at the time of arrival.

In case of cancellation 25% of the total is not refundable 5 weeks of arrival unless dates get booked with other guests. A 10% cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellation before 5 weeks, deposit will be refunded, cancellation fee 10% will apply.

Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of expected arrival will result in the full amount payable being debited to the credit card given at the time of initial booking, minus any deposit paid to Rani Kund.

Any cancellation or minimizing the booking of days before 7 days of expected arrival, No amount is refundable.

At or after your arrival at Rani Kund, in case of cancellation there won’t be any refund for next 14 days from the date of your arrival, after that 50% will be refundable.

Bond

To safeguard the interest of the property and its items, credit card details or cash bond is required before the time of arrival.

Readings, Spiritual healing and Reiki is available at a request.

Readings:- We do readings here of a natural vision which means we do not use any kind of cards, do not ask any questions relating the matter you are interesting. We simply connect to you on spiritual way and tell you what is shown. As myself being a medium, I may connect to your loved one who has passed away and deliver you the messages. As human beings we claim we know everything but there are innumerable events or things which we do not know and do not understand even the concept. The most priceless things in the world are simple, whether it is the people, water, air, fire or natural beauty. So why not have an experience then with an open mind as you never know what you may get out of it at the price of $50 and time is not an issue.

Spiritual Healing: - In today’s world our minds run a million mile a minute and we are every time on the run. Important decision in life need calm mind and peace which can’t be attained even if you are a millionaire or a busy buddy worker. As I have already above said you never know what you may get out of it. I keep my hands on receivers head for some time. Once I remove the hands you feel calm and peace. I would have so far put the hands on about 500 people and there was not a single person who did not feel any thing. Price $50 again time is not an issue.

Reiki: - Most of us are familiar with Reiki Word. There is much kind of ways people do Reiki. In my case I have done Reiki one and Reiki 2 courses and I use it the way I was taught, Price $50
