Great Family Accommodation

Our family spent 8 days here in Oct 09 and found it to be a great base to explore the Mornington Peninsula and Melbourne itself, which is about 40min journey by rail. Both Frankston and Mount Eliza village are a 5min drive away and have a range of things to do and great places to eat.

The place itself is beautifully decorated and well equipped. The 4 poster beds were very comfortable. The whole experience of staying somewhere so peaceful and relaxing is not to be missed. Despite being attached to the owners house, privacy is assured and Raj and his family are very friendly and helpful but left us to our own devices and didn't intrude. Our kids (7 and 8) loved the pool and we all loved the hot tub. A perfect way to relax.

My family stayed at Rani Kund for four nights on the long weekend of my daughter's wedding. We were surprised that the accommodation is actually nicer than displayed on the website and the home and the outdoor areas provided some beautiful wedding shots. There was plenty of space, with four queen bedrooms and three bathrooms and the hot tub was a great way to relax. Raj was very helpful and welcoming, then left us to our own devices unless we made contact with him.

I and my family had a scintillating experience of staying at Rani Kund. We were offered all help during stay that we could possibly have had in one of the places. We were treated like a family and were offered all possible help travelling around Melbourne. The place was better than described at the website.

I would look forward staying at Rani Kund again and would like to recommend the place to my friends visiting Mornington Peninsula.

We stayed at Rani Kund in Nov 2008 for 1 month. We had just emigrated to Melbourne.
We are a family of 4 and found the house to be a great base for exploring the Peninsula and Melbourne. The house itself is lovely with all the necessities needed for a comfortable stay. The furniture is of a very high quality and the owner has obviously spent a great deal of money on refurbishment. Our 5 year old daughter loved her 4 poster bed!
The owners made us feel very at home and were incredibly helpful with all of our many questions.
We will definitely recommend Rani Kund to any friends coming to visit.

We stayed for two weeks at this very pleasant location in Mt Eliza which is the gateway to the Mornington Peninsula. The owners could not have been more helpful and the accommodation was as presented as on the website. Very comfortable and relaxing. It's a good place to stay and recommended.

This holiday home is perfectly placed to explore the pennisula. The house is spacious and comforable. My family spent a very happy 10 days there and as the weather was very hot having a swimming pool and spa was an added bonus. The owners are charming and very helpful.

Just a great place for a quiet family retreat. There is also the option of bed and breakfast if required.
